This study examines the influence of soft skills development on perceived work readiness among recent graduates from various public universities in Indonesia, focusing on five key soft skills: communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and adaptability. The main issue addressed in this research is the lack of alignment between the skills developed during university education and those needed by employers, contributing to the high unemployment rate among graduates. A quantitative approach was used in this study, involving an online survey of 100 recent graduates who have secured full-time employment. The survey data was analysed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman-rho correlation test. The findings show a significant positive correlation between perceived work readiness and all examined soft skills. Communication, time management, and adaptability demonstrated a strong positive relationship, while problem-solving and teamwork showed an even stronger relationship. These results indicate that graduates with strong soft skills feel more prepared and capable of meeting job market demands. The study concludes that soft skills training is essential for improving graduates' work readiness. Universities should integrate more practical exercises and real-world problem-solving scenarios into the curriculum. Employers are also advised to offer specific training programs to help new employees transition into the workforce. This research aims to explore the utilization of creative communication in the advertising process by Bank Mandiri. Through a qualitative descriptive study, this research analyzes the creative communication strategies used in Bank Mandiri's “Jadi Lebih Baik" promotional advertisement on YouTube, and evaluates its effectiveness in attracting audience attention in March 2024. The process of making the "Jadi Lebih Baik" advertisement took one month with brainstorming the entire team. With creative communication in place, the “Jadi Lebih Baik" ad generated many positive responses from a wide audience. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on employee performance with employee engagement at PT X as a mediating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach where direct data collection is carried out using HR interviews and questionnaires to 120 PT X employee respondents. Data were collected using a survey that measures perceptions of organizational support, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using the PLS (Partial Lead Square) statistical tool. Data analysis was carried out using multiple statistical regression techniques and path analysis to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, employee engagement, on employee performance. Perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee engagement, which in turn has a positive impact on employee performance. The data used is combined panel data from time series data from 2018-2023 and cross section data from 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province with sampling using a saturated sampling tachnique. The research results show that HDI has a negative and significant influence on poverty, while the minimum wage has a positive and significant influence on poverty. This research is descriptive narrative, starting in April 2024 through direct observation while at KKI - Purwodadi Botanical Garden (KRP) and also searching for references. KRP is one of the ex-situ plant conservation areas for the purposes of conservation, research, education, ecotourism and environmental services. Internationally, KRP is a Biosphere Reserve (CB). The Strategic Position of KRP in CB Bromo Tengger Semeru Arjuno is a conservation area whose existence is internationally recognized. However, the management of botanical gardens may need to be adjusted to the dynamics, needs and developments of the times.
